This old bridge across Baker River in Concrete, WA. was once the longest concrete arch span in the world.  Built 1916-1918 it is now on the historic register.  Called the Henry Thompson Bridge.

Most traffic flows farther down stream across the Highway 20 bridge that was built in 1972.
